Previous experience
How long have you played WOW? Since vanilla. Played vanilla and TBC as holy paladin, WotLK as protection warrior, rerolled a feral druid for Cata. Due to studies and some in real life changes I've stopped playing it sometime for months, as you can see from my progress in TBC and Wrath.
What is your raiding experience? vanilla: all 20 men, 40 men till Twin Emperor in AQ, as holy paladin. TBC: MH 4/5 and BT 6/9 pre nerf as holy paladin. WotLK: ICC untill and included Plague Quarter.
Do you have any other characters (server/name/class)? On this server just low level alts, my old main is called Thaor, on Silvermoon EU server.

Your guild history
Previous guilds and why did you leave them? vanilla and TBC: Cookie guild on Darkspear, guild pretty much changed due to a guild master real life problem. WotLK: The Orb of Nerds on Silvermoon, the guild stopped to raid after the last big patch (change of talents etc.) before Cata. Now I'm in The Rose and the Raven guild... It's a levelling guild that is running, or should run, also heroics and some raids. Some players are really funny and mature, others just have some sort of mood that for me is not so appropiate, so I can't see this guild like an home for me, right now.

Current situation
Why did you choose us? I'm looking for a serious, mature, relaxed and at the same time funny and chilled out guild to progress in Cataclysm PvE. Servers were off due to manitence, looked on wow-europe real forum and found your guild post, really enjoyed it.
What do you expect from us? The chance to raid weekly in a well organized group of players, the chance to group up with people to try achivments and other runs out of the scheduled raid times.
What do you feel can you contribute with to the guild? One more tank, willing to create a dual spec (which one can be more needed to the guid, I would like to try out all druid's jobs to be honest), a player who plays with regularity, not scared of wipes night duiring progression runs and not scared by repairs, always ready with consumables and tatics.

Here we are, hi all, and thanks for the time you are spending reading this application

I'm Claudio, 25 years old from Italy, Rome. I'm studying Oriental Languages and Studies at Rome University (I'm studying chinese... and 3 times I've been able to take a chat with spamming whispers gold sellers... that was pretty fun! ;P ).
I love reading and writing short novels, painting miniatures, photography, good old 60s and 70s music, cooking and eating (I'm italian!).

I think to be an honest peple (also beautifull, intelligent and modest ofc!).. so let's do do a disclaimer on this application >.<
I consider myself a good healer. I'm really expereinced in that. I've been paladin class leader in all vanilla (curse the days when blesses was so different and short! Organizing them was pretty a stressing job! XD) and healing leader in TBC.. so yes, I know the job of an healer pretty well. I've started tanking in WotLK as warrior (and a paladin for a short period). I have done all dungeon heroics achivment and tanked Naxx, Ulduar and half ICC, but well.. now the job of a tank is a bit more complex than before (at last from what I'm seeing these days) so I can't call myself a really veteran tank.
Now I'm playing Maham, the feral tankind druid which this application is for; I've dinged 85 3 days ago. I've done all dungeons as normal run and started yesterday to do heroics. I know my class very well, roteations and all, I normally read post on forums for the last calculations and normally I see videos and read tactics for new encounters... but I'm still not confident 100% with my class in heroics. So I'm not sure you can use me as a tank for raids in no less then a week or 10 days (gearing up to a decent item level, right now I'm 337 I think and finishing to chill out playing my class in more and more heroics with randoms players to be ready to react as soon as possible to every random event), I also need to learn tactic, to be honest no idea on noone of the raid encounters >.<
That's it! Is not a complain, just want to be sure that you know pretty well my mood and my game experience I like challanges and I don't have problem accepting tips and constructive criticism.

I've just done right now the application because I've really enjoyed what I've read on your guild site and on the post on Outland forum (well realm is also down... I should study and that's a really good excuse to don't do it!). If you think that at the moment my experience and/or gear is too low, I have no problem to play some other days and then let you know how the progress has been

Said that, what else I should say? Well, as you have seen from this post my english is not so perfect, but I can understand it well with no problems, both oral and writte... I just have a pretty marked "itallian mafia" voice while speacking in english... at last that is what a lot of nordish players told me! XD

So apply is long and you challenge your English, which can be seen as it is not that good, but its understandable.

Based on the apply I would like to run 1-2 heroics with you too see, for to be fair, there are some times that could be upgraded pretty easy and will have to be upgraded, but that is easy to get to be fair.

Taking the chance to say that the item level goes up to 340 and I've tanked some other heroics for the first time

Yes, yesterday was a bit a messy and busy day, I've been a lot of time AFK >.<
Luckly this morning I was able to do a run with Mortié and Shafted (even an upgrade for me!)
Just need to download TS right now
(just to say it, item level reached 345, trying to do some more randoms today!)

Sounds good - I will have a chat with shafted and malty then!

PS: Might not hear from me until tomorrow since it is Friday after all and time to get drunk
