Previous experience
How long have you played WOW? i have played wow since start of TBC but i never got to 70 at the time and started playing private servers but always kept reading on official forum, talking with my brother who is also playing wow and was raiding in TBC, and then in patch 3.3.3 and started playing on official realms and got a DK to 80 and started raiding with him, now in Cata i leveled a hunter to 85 and absolutely fell in love with both the PvP and PvE aspect of it.
What is your raiding experience? I raided in wotlk with my DK and got to 10-11/12 HC 25m and now in cata i started raiding quite and have so far only done Magmaw, ODS, Maloriak, a few attemts on Chimeron in BWD + Halfus and Valiona in BoT.
Do you have any other characters (server/name/class)? I have hunter (this), DK (Joyful), Paladin (Adjectíve), Mage (Carephase), Rouge (Kouji) and Warrior (Supercharger) at 85.

Your guild history
Previous guilds and why did you leave them? On this char i have only been in "The Espada" but due to slow progression, core raiders leaving, raids getting canceled and raiders not showing up to raids or late.

Current situation
Why did you choose us? You seam to have a good progression already and were looking for range dps classes and i taught i could apply and hopefully help with the progression further.
What do you expect from us? I expect a guild with good people, not to much "childish" behavior but still have some humor and ofc a good rading environment.
What do you feel can you contribute with to the guild? First and for most i can bring good dmg/dps, i can bring some utility as traps, kiting, tranq shot and stuff as a hunter, but as a person i think i can bring that i have a good raid awareness, maybe a few ideas about how you can do to improve in some situations, able to take constructive critic and also give some if i find it to be of help.
Do you know any players already in the guild? Who? Nope.
Do you have a working microphone? Yes and i have no problem using it.

Tell us a little about yourself. Hmm, im a 18 year old student that lives in sweden, studying childcare and plays a lot of wow on my free time, not quite sure what else you might wanna know but if you find any other question dont hesitate to ask.

gear is okay, some gems for agi/hit which can you should be able to go around a bit easier, will look more into it, in total correct specc correct glyphs, out of interest whats your mastery on? since it seems your crit is a bit low.

If you look at my armory under "Base" you can see mastery, i currently have 11.25 rating and 23.20% crit, i know its quite low but i have more or less just gemmed for pure agi, and now when i look at my armory i can see that i have a blue agi-hit gem in my chest witch should be a 40 agi instead (2x 40 agi in total on the chest) and do some reforging to get as close to the hit cap as possible. If i reforge some of my haste to mastery i will lose dps on single-target and gain a small amount of AoE dps (due to wild quiver can proc of any of the muli-shot shots). the reason i will lose single target dps is that currently i am getting enough haste to get my steady shot to 1.5 cast (a litle lower do counter-act latancy) and that makes me able to fire off the 10 sec rotation with chimera shot, 2x arcane shot and 5x steady shot.

It's not low, its as it should be same with the gems, (swapped my hunter to an ele shaman 5 weeks ago )

but you clearly know what your talking about, my only question, on aoe heavy fights can you adjust and play survival?

I guess, havent played survival yet but if i give it a try and read up on it it shouldnt be much of a problem.

Are we going to do the TS thing today or what was the plan?
